EL EOOD declares and applies the following policy, in order to achieve the company goals, to meet the customers’ needs and to manage work health, safety and ånvironment:
MEETING THE CUSTOMERS’ REQUIREMENTS IN A PROPER AND TIMELY MANNER, WINNING THEIR TRUST AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF OFFERED SERVICES, IN MANAGEMENT OF HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT.
The main goal shall be achieved through:
- Considering claims and eliminating the reasons for their occurrence upon provision of services;
- Using manufacturing technologies, which do not damage environment and if this is impossible taking measures for its protection and recovery;
- Fulfilling the obligations undertaken to our customers, in compliance with the agreed quantities, terms and quality;
- Workplace health and safety management: prevention of employment accidents, potential incidents, injuries, aggravated health, diseases, etc.
- Environmental management: prevention of possible pollution, continual improvement of activities in environmental management.
EL EOOD’s policy includes complying with all Bulgarian and International Laws and Regulations, as well as any other requirements, regarding the company’s activity, complying with healthy and safe working conditions of sanitary and hygiene regulations, environmental protection regulations, as well as continuous control on the fulfillment of all obligations undertaken, required by this type of documents.
Achieving high quality requires responsibility and discipline on behalf of all employees in all activities, concerning the final product, in accordance with the quality assurance requirements.
The company EL EOOD has undertaken to maintain all machinery and facilities, means for access to the work place and emergency exits safe and without any risks for the health, to provide information, instructions and training in order to manage healthy and safety working conditions.
The company EL EOOD is committed to protecting the environment through efficient management of waste generated in the operation and application of appropriate technologies and materials that have minimal negative attitude towards the environment, continuous improvement activities in environmental management.
The Executive Management of EL EOOD bears the main responsibility for the efficiency of the Quality System, and the Management Representative is delegated powers and responsibility for its functioning and maintenance.
The Executive Management of EL EOOD and its staff, managing, implementing and monitoring the activities, which influence quality, ensure that company policy has been understood, implemented and maintained on all company levels.
The quality policy of EL EOOD is reviewed by the company management and if necessary it is updated in order to ensure its continuous compliance with the company goals (quality, health and safety and ånvironment).
The current concrete and measurable company goals are defined by the management during the review process.
